University builds on Beijing links
Business leaders, alumni and friends of the University of Aberdeen gathered in Beijing to hear about current and future developments at the institution.
The get together was one of the highlights of a business trip to China made by Professor C Duncan Rice, Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Dominic Houlihan, Vice Principal for Research and Commercialisation, and Lori Manders, Director of Development and External Affairs.
Meetings took place with a number of companies and organisations including Peking and Wuhan Universities, with an agreement signed with the latter regarding PhD students.
