Recent excavations by University of Aberdeen archaeologists and a Yup’ik community at the frozen Nunalleq village site have provided an unprecedented and spectacular view of pre-contact life on Alaska’s Bering Sea. This panel discussion and presentation will explore Yup’ik Eskimo lifeways through the lens of archaeology.
