LC/MS/MS determination of:
Simultaneous LC/MS/MS determination of anandamide and 2-arachidonylglycerol.
We have developed a sensitive and robust method for the determination of these important cannabioid receptor ligands. Solid phase extraction and LC/MS/MS detection have been combined to provide extremely rapid analysis times. The method is suitable for a variety of sample matrices and to date we have been successful in analysing these compounds in a variety of different cell lines and in neural tubes derived from xenopus laevis.
Simultaneous, rapid, LC/MS/MS determination of GSH and GSSG in biological samples
LC/MS/MS determination of the following drugs in plasma:
In order to enhance our service to our customers we have recently taken delivery of a Surveyor PDA detector, which compliments our TSQ Quantum Mass Spectrometer. The Surveyor PDA is a full-featured, time-programmable, photodiode array detector. Detection can be carried out in the full ultraviolet-visible range from 190-800nm. Data can be collected in this range at a rate of up to 20Hz with 20-bit digital conversion. As well as full scanning over this wavelength range, up to three individual wavelengths can be monitored simultaneously.
We can't answer that ourselves but we can help you. We have recently developed and validated an assay for the simultaneous determination of cysteine, homocysteine, CYS-GLY and glutathione in human plasma.
If you are interested in homocysteine analysis please contact Gary Cameron for further details and to discuss your requirements.
