Web content filter: request to block a URL

This form enables you to request the addition of a specified URL or domain name to the list of web-sites currently blocked by the Web Content Filter service. The request is passed automatically to the Service Desk who will review the contents of the Web page(s) to confirm that deliberate access to these pages would contravene the Conditions for Using IT Facilities and then initiate the addition of the URL to the blacklist. Your request may take a day or so to take effect: please be patient.

You will be prompted for your login name and password immediately after selecting the Submit Request button. Your request will not be processed unless you supply that information.
