The Flexible Arts and Social Sciences courses are designed to introduce part‐time students, who cannot attend day‐time classes, to Arts and Social Sciences subjects. Harnessing the latest lecture capture technology, you can access University lectures through the Internet while still attending traditional tutorials in the evenings either face‐to‐face in Aberdeen or via audio conferecing (using your home telephone - we call you) and web streaming or video conferencing. We have added new courses to the program this year including some at level two and we hope you will find something of interest either as a freestanding course or as part of a portfolio of courses leading to a University of Aberdeen qualification. All the courses listed can count towards a General Master of Arts degree.
The 2012-13 prospectus for courses starting in January 2013 is now available here.
Course update: Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer the second semester course 'Religion at Ground Zero' in the coming session. We apologise for this late change to our programme.
