New Library Update

We are thrilled to announce that the new Special Collections Centre on the lower ground floor of the University Library is about to open its doors for the first time on 15 November, offering unprecedented access to the University’s internationally significant collections of rare books, manuscripts, archives and photographs.

Lots has changed, all for good reasons. We've worked hard to reflect on feedback received through the surveys etc. over the last few years, as well as responding to library space developments both in the UK and further afield.
