Open Book - First Edition
Open Book is a community book club based in the Special Collections Centre at the new University Library, University of Aberdeen.
Venue: Special Collections Centre Seminar Room,
University Library, Lower Ground Floor
Facilitated by the Centre for the Novel, this monthly discussion group is open to anyone who loves reading. If you can't put a good book down, read along with us, then come and tell us what you thought. Open Book series kicks off with Dickens’ most overtly political novel, Hard Times, a grim but sometimes whimsical story of life in a Victorian factory town.
