Self Registration for Library Visitors

Visitors to The Sir Duncan Rice Library may register in advance of their visit by clicking on this link - Visitor Registration Form - or by using the dedicated PC in the entrance area of the Sir Duncan Rice Library.  After completing the form please collect your visitor pass from the Welcome Desk on the Ground Floor of the Library, where you will be required to provide proof of identity including verification of your address.

Please complete all fields on the form (see sample form below), selecting the appropriate visitor category from the drop down options, then click on Go to confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by the library regulations.  You will then see a confirmation page – simply click Go again to complete the process.
