Visiting the Gallery

The Gallery on the Ground Floor of the Sir Duncan Rice Library is open to all.

This is the exhibition area for the Library, with external, high quality, leading edge, high-resolution, seamless digital display walls on 2 sides which are used to display images of treasures from Library, Special Collections and Museums, information on library donors, events, exhibitions, news and other information. The north side contains access panels and the main entrance to the gallery.

Inside, there is a programme of exhibitions featuring selected treasures from the University's Library, Special Collections and Museum collections. Moving images are projected and interactive computer displays can be installed as part of an integrated exhibition or installation.
