Special Collections is committed to providing the highest possible standard of service both online and in person and welcomes all comments to ensure that service continues to improve.

Making a formal complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint about our services when visiting, please speak to a member of staff, who will try to resolve the matter directly, or will put you in touch with a staff member who can help. If the matter is still unresolved you may wish to make a written complaint, addressing your letter to the Head of Special Collections.
Our complaints procedure
The Head of Special Collections will be responsible for answering the complaint after consulting with colleagues and the University Librarian.
Complaints response review
If you are not satisfied with our response you can ask for your complaint and our response to be reviewed by the University Secretary.
