His main teaching and research interests are in Legal Theory and Comparative Constitutional Law. He has a particular research interest in legal positivism, the relationship of law and politics and constitutional theory. He has written two books in Hungarian. (The Political Character of Judicial Review, 2001; The Perspectives of Contemporary Legal Positivism, 2006). |
