BOOKINGS

Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. However, bookings of less than one week may be arranged where there are gaps between longer bookings. The minimum let is two nights.

A non-returnable deposit (£100) is required to confirm a booking, the balance to be paid not later than 3 weeks before your arrival. We can accept sterling cheques (made out to Julie Watt), or Visa or Mastercard.

Arrival time is by arrangement; departure time is 10am. On arrival, all guests will be welcomed at the flat by Richard or Julie, or members of their family.

VIEWING

If you wish to inspect the property before making a booking, you may arrange to do so if the flat is vacant at the time.

RENTS

Inclusive of bedlinen, towels, electricity and gas. Write, e-mail or phone (see below) for a current price list.

RESTRICTIONS

Regret no pets. Strictly no smoking.
