Systems Biology

The University of Aberdeen's systems biology research programme integrates molecular cell biology, organismal biology and environmental biology with predictive modelling through partnership with researchers in physics, mathematics, and computing science.

Our systems biology research activity is supported by close collaborations between staff from across the University, in the Institute of Medical Sciences, (IMS) the Institute of Complex Systems and Mathematical Biology (ICSMB), the Institute of Biological and Environmental Sciences (IBES) and the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health (RINH).
