Research Council and Charity Translational Grants

There are a number of external funding sources which are ideally suited to translational projects. In order to apply for these funding streams both multidisciplinary teams, specialist expertise and commercial awareness are required. This expertise is provided by the Kosterlitz Centre and includes pharmacology, medicinal chemistry and intellectual property management. Such grants include: BBSRC Commercialisation and Development Grants, MRC Developmental Funding Pathway Scheme, MRC Industry Collaboration Award, Wellcome Trust Technology Transfer Awards, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) and Royal Society of Edinburgh Enterprise Fellowships.
