Telephone numbers not displaying Outlook.
What is happening?
We are aware of a problem affecting the display of university telephone numbers within Outlook.
At present phone numbers are missing from Outlook for most staff if you are using the global address list. Your computer may have a local cached offline address list that still displays the phone numbers correctly. Our engineers are investigating the fault and we aim to have a resolution as soon as possible.
What should you do?
You can still find phone numbers by looking in the staff directory at the following link - http://www.abdn.ac.uk/staffnet/directory.php
