We have been welcoming students from North America into our lively community for over four decades and there are typically around 300 North American students on campus. The University of Aberdeen has numerous study opportunities for students from North America, whether you are interested in postgraduate study, undergraduate study or are a visiting study abroad/exchange student. Visiting students can study with us for a single semester or a full academic year and there are wide ranges of courses on offer.

The University of Aberdeen operates an 'open door' policy throughout the year and students and their families are welcome to visit our campus. We ask that you contact us a couple of weeks in advance to book your visit and we will arrange your personal visit itinerary.
