English Language Preparation Programme - Scientific Specific

The Language Centre runs a number of courses that will help you reach the required level of English for university level study. As these courses equip students with the necessary language and academic skills for studying in Higher Education, classes typically focus on the development of academic writing, reading, listening and speaking. In addition, students will be given tasks that are designed to develop research, analysis and presentation skills

Summer Intensive (Pre-sessional Science Foundation)

This intensive course is intended for students who are 0.5 IELTS band below the required level. On successful completion of the course, students can continue onto the International Foundation Programme without retaking an IELTS exam.
