The “2+2” undergraduate Honours Degree Programme between Wuhan University and the University of Aberdeen Business School allows selected students to spend their first 2 years at Wuhan University completing an agreed course of study in Management Studies, Finance and Economics, followed by years 3 and 4 at the University of Aberdeen. An option also exisits for students to study Accountancy for 2 years at Wuhan University, followed by 3 further years at Aberdeen.

The "1+1" Masters Degree between Shandong Jianzhu University and the University of Aberdeen allows students from Shandong Jianzhu University study for the MLitt in English Linguistics for Advanced Teachers of English at Aberdeen, before returning to China to complete the MA in English Linguistics at Shandong Jianzhu University.
The University of Aberdeen and Yinghao College signed an agreement in 2009 to provide up to 6 scholarships per year for Yinghao College students who were interested in studying at the University of Aberdeen. The scholarships provide the chosen Yinghao College students with 20% discount on their tuition fees for each year of study at Aberdeen.
