Entry Requirements

Undergraduate Study

Canadian Diploma
Certificates or Diplomas awarded by Provinces on the completion of secondary school studies (usually Grade 12) are acceptable as satisfying general entrance requirements, with one exception, Quebec. In most provinces, the University will consider at least 70% in a minimum of five acceptable subjects at Grade 12.

For Quebec, the Diplome D’Etudes Collegiales (DEC) awarded after two years of study at a ‘College d’enseignement general et professionnel’ (CEGEP) is acceptable as satisfying general entrance requirements.

IB
A minimum of 30 points in IB, including an average of 5 at HL.

Science and Engineering
The entry requirements for Science and Engineering are the same as above, however, you should also ensure that you are either doing at least two science-based college level courses in Grade 12. For IB, a minimum of 30 points is required, with a minimum of 5 points at Higher Level from two science, technology or maths subjects.

Transfer Students
