Grade Spectrum

The University uses a Grade Spectrum to determine the degree classification you will receive.

Classification is based on the CAS marks you achieve for all elements of assessment at Honours level. The Grade Spectrum indicates what proportion of your marks are required to be at a certain level in order to achieve a particular Classification.

There are separate systems in use for undergraduate and for taught postgraduate students.
