Microscope 1: Zeiss Imager M2 with metal halide light source, fully motorised filter turret and Z focus. This system also has a Zeiss Apotome attached (see picture below). Zeiss Mrm (low light level) digital camera.

Microscope 2: Zeiss Axioskop 40 with brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast, and fluorescence capabilities using CooLed light source. ProgRes C14 colour camera.

Haggis: Zeiss Axiovert S100 inverted microscope with motorised filter wheel and Mrm camera for fluorescence
Tatties: Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 inverted microscope with motorised filter sets (DAPI, FITC, TRITC, CFP, YFP, mCherry) and Hrm camera.
