Biography
Rodolfo joined the University of Aberdeen (HERU) in October 2002 after completing a MSc in health economics (University of York, UK). In addition, he has a first degree in economics (UNLP, Argentina). In September 2008, Rodolfo became a RCUK Research Fellow holding a joint post between HERU and HSRU. In HERU he is working within the Preference, Elicitation and Assessment of Technologies (PEAT) Programme. He has been involved in a number of Health Technology Assessment for NICE and other bodies, as well as economic evaluations alongside RCTs. In October 2008, Rodolfo registered for a part time PhD looking at how to use economic evaluation to help developing complex interventions (using screening for open angle glaucoma as case study).
