Biography

Lynda joined the unit in 2012 as a Trial Manager for the VUE trial, two parallel randomised controlled trials of surgical options for upper compartment (vault or uterine) pelvic organ prolapse.

Lynda graduated from the Robert Gordon University with a BSc in Biosciences and Chemistry and also a PhD in Cancer cell and Molecular biology.

Prior to joining the unit, Lynda worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Aberdeen University on a range of projects with an emphasis on cancer biomarkers.
