Biography
Louise Campbell joined the Unit in October 2000 as Data Manager/Secretary on the RECORD trial of calcium and vitamin D supplementation for the secondary prevention of osteoporosis-related fractures in the elderly.
She is now the Data Coordinator/Secretary on the MAPS study, which looks at treating men with urinary incontinence after prostate surgery. I am responsible, in collaboration with the trial co-ordinator, for the running of the Study office, including the despatch of trial materials and reminders, all aspects of data management, including data entry, quality assurance and filing. She is also the first point of contact for any enquiries about the study.
She is a workstation assessor and also one of the unit’s first aiders.
