Stepping Up School Leavers Programme
Stepping Up is the University of Aberdeen's school leaver training programme.
The programme runs over a 2 year period, and during this time trainees follow a first class development programme covering the development of basic skills, training in specific areas of work and specific core training throughout their time with the University. Trainees are also assigned a Mentor to guide trainees through their development programme.
