The Staff Training & Development Team are here to support you in the development of your skills, attitudes and knowledge in the areas of personal, management and leadership development.
Staff development, which includes all aspects of training and skill development, is embedded in core elements 5 and 6 of the University's Human Resources Strategy. The aim of the strategy and its supporting policies and procedures is to provide a positive working environment which enables staff to optimise their performance, commitment and contribution.
We are also happy to provide advice and guidance on any staff development and training matters.
