Launch of 'My HR'

The University has recently launched "My HR". MyHR: Work has been ongoing over the last few months to develop a 'self-service' option for staff to view an electronic copy of their payslip using MyHR.

The 'MyHR' software is web based and will provide you with easy and quick access to your current payslip and your pay history dating back to April 2009.

Please note that MyHR is currently not available to temporary services staff.

1. What is MyHR?

MyHR is a secure, online facility that allows you to view your personal data held by HR and Payroll.

2. What can I view using MyHR?

At present, you can view your payslips – the most recent, and all past payslips dating back to April 2009.

3. How are online payslips being introduced to University staff?

Online payslips will be introduced to pilot groups within the following College and Administration sections between April and June 2010:

  • Human Resources
  • Finance
  • Directorate of Information Technology
  • School of Divinity, History and Philosophy
  • Administration for the College of Physical Sciences
  • School of Medical Sciences

Following feedback from these areas, online payslips will be made available to the rest of the staff community. Hard copy payslips will continue to be available via internal mail in the normal way and until further notice.
