Biography
Dami holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from Ambrose Ali University, (formerly Edo State University), Ekpoma Nigeria. He was an African Graduate Fellow (1997-1999) at the American University in Cairo, where he obtained a Masters degree in Economics. He obtained a PhD degree in Economics from the Monash University, Melbourne Australia. At HERU, Dami works on the development of Microeconometrics modelling of health outcomes for projects funded by the National Prevention Research Initiative (NPRI), and analysis of health behaviour interventions. Dami has research interests in the family influences on children health behaviour, including diet, sedentary lifestyle, physical activity, alcohol consumption and passive smoking.
