HERU Seminars

External Seminars

The Health Economics Research Unit recognises the need for the dissemination of research. One vehicle for this is our Seminars Series. We regularly invite our esteemed colleagues in the Health Economics profession to Aberdeen to disseminate their research findings and new techniques in the field of Health Economics. A list of presentations for our Seminar Series is detailed under the tab Seminars at the top of the page.

Internal Seminars

We also run an Internal seminar series whereby members of the HERU staff present their work to their colleagues' therefore encouraging feedback and the exchange of ideas in their own area of research.

Health Econometrics Working Group

The Health Econometrics Working Group involves an increasing number of researchers at the Health Economics Research Unit. The cornerstone of the group is the presentation and discussion of research, with a focus on applied econometrics analysis of datasets, mostly at the individual-level (micro-econometrics).
