2008 joint meeting of the UK Health Economists' Study Group and the
Nordic Health Economists' Study Group
From the 27th to the 29th of August, HERU hosted the 2008 joint meeting of the UK Health Economists' Study Group and the Nordic Health Economists' Study Group. The conference was attended by 117 people from several different countries (UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, and Australia).
A plenary session was held on the first day of the conference and Professor John Cairns from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Professor Ivar Sønbø Kristiansen from the University of Oslo were the keynote speakers.
In total, 44 papers were presented and discussed throughout the meeting.
