Themes from the Leadership Debate

THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

Failures in leadership have been the focus of many column inches in the press over the past three years with many coming under fire for a lack of motivational and ethical leadership.  So how do we turn the tide?  And how do we know what constitutes ‘good’ and ‘bad’ leadership?

Hello and welcome

Hello and welcome to the first edition of the Henley-Aberdeen Partnership Blog!  This is a space where some of our trainers/speakers/facilitators and academic staff will be publishing short articles on the topics which make up the Henley-Aberdeen Programme.  We will also be publishing articles on some of the leading L&D and business issues of the day – pretty much whatever takes our fancy!

The first article will be on the themes which emerged from the leadership debate held in November 2012 which will be followed by a short piece by Professor Bernd Vogel on Organisational Energy.
