Leadership Development has never been more important in the corporate world. There is clear recognition that the skills and behaviours of talented people are fundamental to business recovery and high performance. 72% of respondent organisations in the CBI/HarveyNash Employment Trends Survey 2011 reported some difficulty in developing future leaders (Full report can be found here).
In recognition of this the University of Aberdeen and Henley Business School have formed a partnership to create a strong business learning network for senior managers in the north-east of Scotland.
This unique network between academia and business in the north-east will give those who participate the opportunity to continually update and embrace their current business strategies and be challenged by new research and innovative ways of viewing issues.
