Based in Houston Texas John Wesley Raley is the Managing Partner of Raley & Borthwick LLP. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, including intellectual property, medical malpractice, product liability, general tort actions, and commercial litigation. John is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been named a ‘Texas Super Lawyer’ (top 5%) byTexas Monthly Magazine each year since 2003, and has been named in ‘Outstanding Lawyers in America’ since 2003.
Born in Oklahoma City in 1959, John earned a BA (summa cum laude) from University of Oklahoma in 1981 and his Juris Doctor in 1984. He studied at Aberdeen and graduated in 1988 with an LLM in Laws. Previously, he was managing partner of Cooper & Scully, P.C. and a partner with Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P.
