Trustees

The University of Aberdeen Development Trust is governed by a board of Trustees whose decisions regarding the expenditure of funds attracted by the Trust are made independently of the University and in accordance with the Development Trust’s founding document, its Deed of Trust.

The close relationship between the US and the University of Aberdeen is symbolized by the UADT USA which brings together graduates and friends of the University who give their time and experience to encourage and facilitate support from the United States.

The University of Aberdeen Development Trust is an independent charity (registered in Scotland, charity number SC002938) founded in 1982 with the sole purpose of attracting charitable donations to provide benefit to the University of Aberdeen.
