University hosts STEM in the pipeline
Pupils from Westhill, Aboyne, Alford and Banchory Academies visited the University to get an insight into the oil and gas industry and the opportunities in STEM : Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths careers within the industry. Teams of pupils were given a hands-on introduction to geology, drilling reservoirs, finance and process engineering. In their teams they will work with academic and industry menotors on a project which they will prevent in a grand final in December.
