The General Council holds two statutory meetings annually, one in May and one in December. Any member of the General Council may attend, or participate via live weblink. The Business Committee of the General Council is keen to increase awareness of and participation at General Council meetings and it is hoped by combining these meetings with other University events, such as the Word Festival and the Christmas Graduate lunch that more members of the General Council will wish to attend. Further information is in the Events section of this site.
In addition, Alumni Relations organise a vast range of alumni events, including reunions, which take place all around the world. For further details, see the Alumni Relations website.
