Choosing Food: Past, Present and Future

A diverse panel of University staff including nutritionists, curators, neuroendocrinologists and social scientists will join forces as part of this year’s Edinburgh Science Festival.

This interactive panel discussion will explore the factors influencing our food choices and how they could change in a challenging, and hungry, future.
