As Stephen Hawking's story hits cinemas, we'll celebrate the wonders of cosmology with an internationally recognised expert.

Join us as we explore pioneering insights being made into our Universe.

Our Cafe Scientifique Aberdeen City series takes place monthly in Waterstone's Union Bridge book store in Aberdeen's Union Street, usually around the middle Wednesday of the month. Sessions run from January through to October and are free to attend. No booking is required and places are allocated on the first-come basis. What's more, most events are free (though some require booking). All are pitched at a very accessible level and give ample time for audience questions and discussion.
