The Elphinstone Institute Film Series introduces a feature film screening on the first Tuesday of every month during term time.

February's film will be BAFTA award winning "Searching for Sugar Man", a 2012 documentary directed by Malik Bendjelloul. The story follows two South African fans of 1970's Rock star "Rodriguez", a musician who disappeared into obscurity following the failure of his debut album in the United States. The fans set out to discover the truth behind Rodriguez's rumoured suicide but find something even bigger than the circulating myths suggested.
