- The Taoist way to keep healthy: Static ( 静 jing ) – how to stand, sit and sleep right in our daily life, then reduce consuming of our mind, Qi and spirit and delay senescence
- Health Cultivation in Exercise: fitting and moderate exercise is good for our body and mental health
- Conclusion: the goal of the cultivation in movement, walking, sitting and sleeping to help us human beings achieve good fortune, health, longevity and peace, which is also the goal of Taoist cultivation
