Learn more about the ArabTrans project.
Beginning in February 2011, many countries of the Middle East and North Africa have been experiencing varying degrees of citizen-lead political transformations. The ArabTrans project has recently conducted a cross-national survey exploring the attitudes and behaviours of citizens in 7 countries in this region to explore how they have experienced the variety of political, social and economic changes occurring since 2011.
We will be presenting a panel of scholars from the University of Aberdeen discussing our results in areas such as perceptions of security, wellbeing, use and trust in the media, young people and perceptions of the EU.
