Chocolate making and tasting and more about the potential health benefits of this tasty treat.

Dr Alexandra Johnstone from the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health, University of Aberdeen will talk about some of the myths and magic surrounding nutrition benefits.

Professor Phyo Myint of the University of Aberdeen's School of Medicine and Dentistry has led research into the health benefits of eating chocolate and why it is thought to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Award winning chocolatier Jamie Hutcheon will discuss the nutrition and benefits of chocolate. Jamie will also be demonstrating the art of chocolate making and, not only will you learn how the chocolate products are made but you will be able to taste the different flavours made on the day.
