It explains how their detailed examination of the scene establishes the sequence of events, enabling the collision to be reconstructed and how from tests carried out, it is possible, on some occasion to calculate the speed of the vehicle(s) involved.
The presenter, Marco Venturini, has been involved in Collision Investigation since 1985. He served for 30 years with Grampian Police; now under Police Scotland he is responsible for organising the ‘North’ area Collision Investigation Units (formerly Tayside, Grampian and Northern Police areas).
