A performance by the Head of Department of Music and Master of Chapel and Ceremonial Music, Professor David Smith.
David Smith will perform repertoire by J.S. Bach alongside masterpieces by the Dutch seventeenth-century composer, Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck and music from the French Classical school, which is particularly suited to the University's Aubertin Organ. He will also improvise, creating spontaneous pieces in a range of styles.
