Take a tour round the University of Aberdeen’s OceanLab, the world’s first purpose built ocean-lander laboratory, providing state of the art equipment which allows scientists to explore deep ocean. Hear from scientists conducting cutting edge research from around the world, take part in an evening celebrating marine science with tours, demonstrations and short presentations on topics including the open ocean and life in the deepest places on earth.
This event is part of TechFest in September. 2013 will be the 20th Anniversary for TechFest in September and an ambitious programme of activities has been planned!
