The European Parliament will be voting on important food-safety legislation later this year and MEPs want to discuss these issues with people in Aberdeen to help inform their position. Come and have your say!

What do we know about the food we eat?  Do our food labels tell us too much or not enough? Who verifies the claims on the food we buy - if it 'helps weight loss' or keeps you 'fuller longer'?  Should Scottish products get special protection, or should we welcome cheaper imports? Are you concerned or optimistic about Genetically Modified foods?  Is our food healthy enough or are we getting too fat as a nation? How can we produce enough food to feed the world in the future?

To discuss these and other issues involving food and farming, a panel of leading politicians and academics will debate and respond to your questions:
