The University of Aberdeen is once again celebrating International Brain Awareness Week with a fast-paced, fascinating evening discussion event exploring various advances in current neuroscience. From raising awareness of work in autism through to marvelling at the development and function of the eye to viewing how cannabis may bring us cures for brain disorders, there is sure to be something to interest everyone.
So please join Dr Martin Collinson, Professor Ruth Ross, Dr Justin Williams, Professor Arash Sahraie and Professor Peter McCaffery for an evening to celebrate our brain and discover some of the cutting edge work happening on your doorstep.
Short talks from the guest speakers will be followed by an audience discussion session where the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions on any topic involving the brain.
