A cafeMED special: Join us in the ground floor cafe of the Suttie Centre on November 1st for an interactive evening where we explore the world of pathology.

Our cafeMED special for National Pathology Week is entitled "Finding the Culprit" and will feature short talks by Professor Hamish McKenzie on how pathology can help find the culprit in cases of infection by the so-called "Superbugs," and by Dr James Grieve on the world of forensic pathology. Refreshments and snacks will be available and a discussion session will follow the talks.  There will also be the chance to have a special sneak preview of our 2011 cafe scientifique (City, Shire, and MED) sessions: we have fifteen events for you from January through to June and some great speakers and topics.

Admission for this event is free, no booking required. Please turn up early to ensure a good seat.

Parking is available in the nearby Institute of Medical Sciences car park with access off Ashgrove Road West.  Limited parking for disabled badge holders is available outside the Suttie Building Venue which is accessed off Foresterhill Road.
