University of Aberdeen returns to the Edinburgh Festival with events at The Festival of Politics in Holyrood, and a partnership event with Scottish Review of Books at Edinburgh International Book Festival.
As a precursor event to the forthcoming exhibition on the Jacobites at the Parliament, leading Scottish author Allan Massie delves into the subject of his latest book The Royal Stuarts, examining the story of the family that was arguably one of the greatest players in Scottish and British history. Chaired by Joan McAlpine, journalist and commentator.
