What does it mean to plan cities with people in mind?

Based on the work of Jan Gehl, architect, the film ‘The Human Scale’ examines how human beings ‘inhabit’ their city, how they walk, rest, and interact with others. Gehl’s ideas inspired the reorganisation of parks and public spaces in many cities of the world. What can we learn for the city of Aberdeen? Join us to view the film and discuss the future of Aberdeen.
